lodoe believes in the profound powers of breath, movement, and mindfulness in cultivating balanced health. she is currently pursuing an education in traditional chinese medicine. her studies into holistic health have deepened her understanding of what it means to be “well.”
outside of class, you might find her in nature, making pottery, or looking at and writing about art.
