lodoe laura is a toronto-based movement instructor.
her offerings vary from energizing pilates and barre workouts, to balanced yoga sequences that harmonize mind and body. she encourages you to approach your embodied practice with a sense of curiosity and playfulness, and leads classes that incorporate both effort and ease.
lodoe believes in the profound powers of breath, movement, and mindfulness in cultivating balanced health. she is currently pursuing an education in traditional chinese medicine. her studies into holistic health have deepened her understanding of what it means to be “well.”
outside of class, you might find her spending time in nature, making pottery, or looking at and writing about art.
